阻燃抗静电聚乙烯塑料的研究

摘    要:采用共混改性技术,将十溴联苯醚、氧化锑、导电炭黑、纳米碳酸钙等按不同比例加人到聚乙烯树脂中,获得了完全满足煤矿井下用瓦斯抽放管要求的阻燃抗静电PE塑料.考察了上述添加物及其添加量对聚乙烯阻燃、抗静电和机械性能的影响.结果表明,PE的阻燃抗静电性受分散体系、阻燃剂、抗静电剂等助剂的添加量及配比影响,纳米碳酸钙的加入对PE的导电性能有改善,对阻燃性能无明显影响;十溴与氧化锑的质量比以4/1为好,炭黑及EVA的加人提高了PE塑料的阻燃性;添加纳米碳酸钙在保持良好的冲击韧性的同时,能明显提高体系的拉伸强度,并且对抗静电性能有促进作用.
