军用塑料包装箱注塑过程内应力研究

摘    要:近年来,随着工程塑料在军工产品包装领域的广泛应用,如何保证工程塑料包装箱的产品质量已经成为一项重要课题.塑料包装箱的成型方法很多,其中注射成型是主要的成型方法之一.据统计70%-80%的工程塑料、30%以上的塑料制品是用注射成型加工的.但注塑成型过程中产生的内应力严重影响塑料产品的质量,因此有必要对内应力的产生原因、影响因素及改善方法加以分析研究.文章针对内应力对注塑制品形成的危害,研究了减轻和消除内应力的方法.
