摘    要:大法坪砂石加工系统担负龙滩水电站大坝和围堰混凝土浇筑所需骨料的生产任务。砂石料的开采、运输采用了移动式破碎站和移动式胶带机料场破碎,分级转料的方式,这种方式不需要深溜井和平洞的施工,提高了输料的可靠性和安全性,加大了储料的能力。砂石料的加工工艺,系统的供水供电和废水处理等采用了多项新技术,许多是水电施工中首次使用的。

Abstract:Dafaping aggregate processing system are taken on providing aggregate for concrete pouring of large dam and cofferdam in the Longtan Hydropower Station. Movable breaker and belt conveyer were used in the excavation and transportation of sand-rock aggregate. Separated aggregate is more reliable and safe in aggregate transportation and can expand the material storage capacity without construction of deep well and adit. A number of new technologies were used in aggregate processing, systematic water and electricity supply and wastewater treatment , which were firstly applied in hydropower project construction.
