| Abstract: | According to the requirements of floating-point SAR images,compression in fixed ratio and transmission in sequential blocks,a method is proposed which is based on point nonlinear pretreatment in spatial domain and DC coefficient normalized quantization in DCT domain. The method achieves good practical effects. |
