摘    要:采用阴离子表面活性剂硬脂酸钠对水滑石进行表面改性,研究了温度、时间和改性剂用量等各种因素对水滑石改性效果的影响。并用红外和X衍射等仪器对改性前后的水滑石进行了表征。用活化指数表征的水滑石的表面处理效果非常理想,为新型阻燃剂水滑石在工业方面的应用奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:Hydrotalcite was surface modified by using sodium stearate. The factors of different treatment conditions such as temperature, time, amount of modifier, were analyzed. X-ray and FTIR were performed to characterize the hydrotalcites before and after treated. Results show the activation index was a fairly well coefficient to denote the treating effect and this promoted the application of this novel flame-retardant in industry.
