深井矿渣油井水泥的试验研究

摘    要:利用高炉水淬矿渣、少量水泥熟料和AR-1无机材料与有机材料的复合物,制成矿渣油井水泥。室内研究了该水泥的各项施工性能、抗硫酸盐性能。结果表明,矿渣油井水泥固井性能优良,与其它外加剂相容性好,具有优良的抗硫酸盐性能,而且工艺简单,成本低,封固高温井时可直接使用,也可用于热采井固井,适合中国井下环境恶劣的油田。

Abstract:Acording to the API testing method with the help of testing equipments of the oil well cement, making use of Blast furnace slag,a small amount of cement clinker and the mixture of AR-1 inorganic material combining with organic material, the property of slag cement of oil well is studied in the condition of deep well. It shows that the property of the slag cement has an advantages over the using deep well cement at present.
