| Abstract: | The paper describes a new approach to designing multichannel AE diagnostic systems using signal processors. A new processing algorithm is suggested to eliminate isolated spurious single pulses in processed AE signals. Practical results are reported which were obtained with the help of the microprocessor system in strength tests of a panel of a heavy transport plane. |
