摘    要:介绍了多级发动机油的性能、特点、使用状况及发展趋势,说明多级发动机油不仅具有广泛的使用温度范围、良好的低温启动性、高温润滑性以及节能等特点,而且随着发动机油质量级别的提高,多级油的比例也越来越高,成为发动机油发展的主流。但随着发动机功率的不断提高,对发动机油在高温、高压条件下的稳定性和剪切安定性又提出了更高的要求,文章综合叙述了改进多级油高温抗氧化性、低温流动性和剪切安定性的部分方法和措施,以及多级油的发展趋势,并提出相应的看法与建议。

Abstract:The properties, applicable states and developmental trend of multi-grade engine oils are introduced in this paper. It is explained that multi-grade engine oils have wide suited temperature rang, well low temperature startability and high temperature lubricity, low coke tendency, and energy saving etc. And multi-grade engine oils occupy higher and higher proportion in engine oils as the quality level of engine oils is improved. Because engine power is increasingly raised, the shear stability and other properties of engine oils are asked higher under high temperature and high pressure. The methods of improving multi-grade engine oils′ high temperature oxidation stability, low temperature fluidity, shear stability are introduced in the works. And the relevant view and suggestion are also put forward.
