摘    要:圆齿轮传动比呈非线性变化,机构振动小,非圆齿轮行星机构作间歇运动平稳,适于高速运行.由于非圆齿轮行星机构节曲线复杂,利用二维软件进行设计分析,效果较差,有必要寻求一种高效设计分析手段.根据非圆齿轮的传动特性,总结归纳了非圆齿轮的节曲线和齿形设计的步骤.在分析了椭圆齿轮几何特性和运动学关系的基础上,针对几种不同的非圃齿轮,利用Pro/E建立了椭圆齿轮的三维模型,并对行星差速机构的运动特性、运动轨迹进行了仿真.

Abstract:The alterration of non-circular gears transmission ratio is nonlinear and has a small vibration.Non-circular gears mechanism is relatively stable when it does intermittent motion and has a fast speed when it work.Using such software as AutoCAD to design and analyses the kinematical properties of differential planet non-circular gear mechanism is very difficult, mostly because its curves are complicated.It is necessary to find an efficient means.Based on the analysis of non-circular gear's geometry and kinem...
