基于平行分度凸轮运动仿真基础上的动态压力角曲线

摘    要:模拟了平行分度凸轮机构的真实运动状态和压力角动态特性,运用OpenGL和Matlab编程技术,设置绘图环境.绘制系统的几何模型,进而在平行分度凸轮仿真运动的过程中,通过复杂的计算,拟合出传递函数模型,实时显示动态压力角曲线,从而可直接对几何参数进行调整改进,避免自锁而带来的无法运转。

Abstract:The actual movement status of parallel indexing cam mechanism and the dynamic characteristics of pressure angle were simulated. By applying the OpenGL and Matlab programming technique, the plotting environment was installed and the geometric model of the system was protracted. In the course of simulation movement of parallel indexing cam, by means of a complicated calculation, the model of transmission function was matched, the dynamic curve of pressure angle was displayed in real time, and thus the adjustment and improvement of geometric parameters can be directly carried out, so as to avoid incapable running brought about by self-locking.
