小角度缠绕矩形复合材料管的研究

摘    要:主要从材料选择、模具设计、线型设计等方面着手,对小角度缠绕矩形复合材料管成型技术进行研究;设计的带挂线模具封头在小角度缠绕下改善了纤维缠绕线型滑线,减少了材料损耗;解决了小角度缠绕矩形复合材料管的缠绕线型稳定问题。实践结果表明:小角度缠绕矩形复合材料管方法可行。

Abstract:In order to study small angle filament winding technology for rectangular composite pipe,the choice of materials,mold design and filament winding patter design are studied in this paper.Design of the mold with a hung string head to improve winding pattern stability in a small angle winding,reducing the material loss;Solution the small angle filament winding pattern stability problem for rectangular composite pipe.The experimental results show that the small angle filament winding technology for rectangular ...
