| 摘 要： | 介绍了线阵CCD在布匹幅面热定型控制中的应用，以Microchip公司生产的PIC16C57单片机为控制核心，加上精心设计的CCD驱动控制电路，实现布匹幅面热定型中的精确测量及调理，该系统具有速度快，精度高的特点，提高了产品质量及生产效率。

| Abstract: | Introduces the application of the linear matrix CCD in the hot case hardened control of piece goods. It takes the PIC16C57 SCM(Single Chip Micyoco)as the kernel of the control which is produced by Microchip Cooperation. It realizes the precise detection and adjustment in the hot case hardened control of the piece goods with the elaborate driving controlling current CCD. The system has the characteristics of high speed and high precision which improve the quality of products and the efficiency of production. |
