激光爆破脂质体微泡对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞增殖影响

摘    要:目的:首次探讨激光爆破脂质体微泡造影剂的可行性,并研究其对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响.方法:利用激光在液体中的光声效应,采用Nd-YAG激光.将激光聚焦于脂质体微泡,按照不同的能量参数分组照射,通过DFY-Ⅱ型超声定量分析诊断仪检测微泡爆破率;台盼蓝染色及MTT法研究其对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞增殖影响.结果:激光可成功爆破微泡,不同单脉冲能量(5mJ、10mJ、15mJ)、照射总能量(125mJ、250mJ、500rnJ、750mJ)之间相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同激光微泡参数对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞增殖影响亦具统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:Nd:YAG激光能够成功爆破脂质体微泡,在合适的参数下,对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞增殖无明显影响.
