新型耐温稠油降粘剂的室内研究

摘    要:采用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(简称OP-10)和甲醛的共缩聚物与浓硫酸磺化,再用NaOH中和得到磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂作耐温稠油降粘剂,并对其性能进行评价,结果表明,该磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂在加量为0.5%时,降粘效率高达90%以上,是一种高效的稠油降粘剂。

Abstract:Novel viscosity reducer with temperature resistance for heavy oil was prepared by sulphonation of copolycondensate of OP - 10 and methyl aldehyde, and its performance was evaluated. The results showed that the viscosity reduction rate was above 90% when the amount of viscosity reducer added to the heavy oil was 0. 5% ,it was a kind of high efficient viscosity reducer for heavy oil.
