摘    要:建立了在同一液相色谱条件下测定混剂中吡蚜酮和啶虫脒含量的方法。本方法采用Agilent TC–C18柱,用甲醇–水溶液(50∶50,v/v)为流动相,在检测波长254 nm下,外标法对试样中的吡蚜酮和啶虫脒进行定量分析。分析结果表明,吡蚜酮和啶虫脒的线性相关系数分别为1.0000和0.9990;标准偏差分别为0.07和0.33;变异系数分别为0.66%和0.65%;平均回收率分别为100.37%和99.65%。

Abstract:A HPLC method was developed for the determination of pymetrozine and acetamiprid in 60% WDG.The HPLC conditions were Agilent TC-C18 column,methanol–water(50:50,v/v) as mobile phase,and UV detection at 254 nm.The results showed that the variation coefficients of pymetrozine and acetamiprid were 0.66% and 0.65%,the standard deviations were 0.07 and 0.33,the average recoveries were 100.37% and 99.65%,and the linear correlations were 1.0000 and 0.9990,respectively.
