井下分散式排水汇集点潜水泵集控系统设计

摘    要:结合某矿井下排水的实际情况,设计了一种基于千兆环网的井下潜水泵集控系统,介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统通过智能控制与浮球开关传感器实现了高低水位就地自动控制,通过上位机与井下智能控制器的通信实现了潜水泵的集中调度与控制,为分布广、设备数量多、启停频繁的小功率潜水泵控制提出了有效的解决方案。

Abstract:Combining with actual situation of underground drainage of a coal mine,a centralized control system of underground submersible pumps based on gigabit ring network was designed,and design of hardware and software of the system was introduced.The system uses intelligent control and float switch sensor to realize local automatic control of high and low water level,uses communication between upper computer and underground intelligent controller to realize centralized dispatching and control of submersible pumps,which provides effective control solutions for small power submersible pumps with wide distribution,large number of equipments and frequent start and stop.
