安全监控系统功能扩展与应用

针对某安全监控系统在协庄煤矿的实际应用需求,利用系统的开出控制扩展了其他功能,即增加了管路减压阀自动补水装置、防尘水源自动监控装置、防尘管路水压监控装置、抽出式通风机自动开启装置,并介绍了上述装置的工作原理与使用效果。实际应用表明,上述功能的开发扩大了该安全监控系统的监测范围,提高了矿井自动化水平。

Functions Extension and Application of Safety Monitoring and Control System

In view of problem of actual application requirements of a safety monitoring and control system in Xiezhuang Coal Mine,opening control of the system was used to extend other functions,namely adding automatic water supplement device of pipe reducing valve,automatic monitoring device of dustproof water,water pressure monitoring device of dustproof pipe and automatic operating device of exhausting ventilator.Working principle and application effect of the above devices were introduced.The actual application showed that the development of the above functions expands monitoring range of the safety monitoring and control system and improves automation level of mine.
