基于WiFi的矿用移动定位服务终端设计

摘    要:针对WiFi技术应用在煤矿井下存在终端设备功耗较大、本质安全型设计难等问题,设计了一种基于WiFi的矿用移动定位服务终端;给出了该终端的硬件结构及本质安全型设计原则,详细介绍了该终端的软件设计,包括WiFi驱动程序设计、满足巷道特殊环境的新型井下人员定位机制的实现、SIP协议下的无线语音通信、瓦斯体积分数实时监测、图像数据采集等位置信息服务的实现。实验结果表明,该终端人员定位精度为1m以内,语音通信和图像数据传输无明显延迟,进入低功耗模式后瓦斯体积分数的采集最长可达7h左右,基本满足煤矿生产和本质安全型要求。

Abstract:In view of problems of higher power consumption and difficult design of intrinsic safety of WiFi terminals used in coal mine underground,a mine-used location-based services terminal based on WiFi was designed.Hardware structure and design principle of intrinsic safety of the terminal were given,software design of the terminal was introduced in details,including design of WiFi driving program,implementation of a new underground personnel location mechanism which meets with special environment of roadway and implementation of location-based services of wireless voice communication,real-time monitoring of gas concentration and image data collection under SIP protocol.The experiment result shows that personnel location precision of the terminal is in 1 m,transmission of voice communication and image data has no delay and the longest time of gas concentration collection under low power consumption mode is 7 h,which meets with requirements of mine production and intrinsic safety.
