摘    要:针对梯级水电站在系统负荷图上峰、平、谷各时段的优化运行,提出了基于DSM分时电价下的梯级水电站短期优化运行的数学模型,并与三峡梯级水电站的短期调度研究结合。研究结果表明,该模型所确定的调度方案合理可行,效益显著。通过比较在恒定及分时电价情况下三峡梯级电站的短期出力,认为分时电价模型能够使得梯级电站出力更加可靠,水资源得到更合理的综合利用,具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:This paper present a short-term optimization model of cascade hydropower station based on the time-of-use (TOU) tariff on the demand side management (DSM), according to the system load varying form peak to valley. Research on the three-gorge cascade hydropower station short-term dispatch shown that the raised model is very useful and can gain more profit. Through analysis of the optimization schedule of the three-gorge cascade hydropower station of two price models, such as average and TOU price, the results indicated that the operation schedules from the model of TOU is feasible and reasonable. The water resource can be integrated utilized and the model has impotent reality values.
