夹层钢板冲压成形数值仿真的计算模型分析

摘    要:介绍夹层钢板的结构及其冲压成形性能,总结了夹层钢板冲压成形数值仿真的计算建模理论,包括等效单层理论和等效多层理论。对这两种建模理论进行比较,指出了这两种理论模型的适用情况,等效多层理论建模更符合实际夹层钢板结构情况,其数值仿真结果精确度较高,等效多层理论模型应为冲压成形仿真计算模型的重点发展方向。指出了等效多层理论所面临的问题。

Abstract:The material structure and the forming properties of steel sandwich sheet were introduced. The numerical simulation technology of steel sandwich sheet stamping was reviewed, which included equivalent single layer theory and equivalent multi-layer theory. Those theories were compared with each other and the application fields were pointed out. The model of equivalent multi-layer theory accords with structure of sandwich sheet. The simulation results are more accurate. So the equivalent multi-layer theory is in broad applications. In addition, the problems with the equivalent multi-layer theory are pointed out.
