摘    要:设计了一种基于单片机控制步进电动机的车载卫星天线三自由度伺服驱动控制器.针对车载卫星天线工作特点,通过旋转变压器对俯仰及方位驱动步进电动机角位移进行测量,实现两个自由度的闭环控制,提高天线的自动对星速度和精度;通过对极化的高细分驱动控制,增强天线的接收信号的灵敏度及抗于扰能力.着重阐述了基于C8051F040单片机的控制系统的模块化设计,CPLD接口逻辑及旋变接口电路设计,软件设计流程等,给出了电路原理图和程序框图,并进行了系统实验验证.实验结果表明,该方案能满足天线快速自动定位的需求,功能完善,稳定性高.

Abstract:A MCU-based three degrees of freedom(3DOF) stepping motor controller was designed for vehicle-mounted satellite antenna's servo system.According to the operation features of vehicle satellite antenna,by using resolver to measure pitching angle and azimuth angle,rapidity and accuracy of feedback servo system were improved.Antenna's sensibility and anti-jamming capability were enhanced by high subdivision control of rotation angle.Modular design of the control module based on C8051F040,interface circuit of CP...
