柿竹园萤石浮选捕收剂的研究

摘    要:采用新型H06捕收剂从柿竹园浮钨尾矿中浮选回收萤石,分选效率达61%,比油酸高24%以上。文章探讨了H06的物化性能及其对萤石的捕收作用。H06具有选择性吸附力强、耐低温、化学稳定性优良等特点,对柿竹园矿石性质有很好的适应性。

Abstract:A new type of collector H06 has been developed and applied in recovering fluorite from Shizhuyuan tungsten flotation tailings. The separation efficiency obtained is up to 61%, 24% more compared with the collector of oleic acid. Some physical and chemical properties of H06 have been discussed in the paper as well as its absorption action. The test results show that H06 has an excellent selectivity, fine chemical stability and not so sensitive to temperature, which it is suitable to the feed property of Shizhuyuan mine.
