| 摘 要： | 为规范保健食品的生产与经营，对借助食品原料宣传保健功能，对明示或暗示食品疗效作用，对食品说明书，对不符合卫生要求的标签、说明书4个方面的问题进行了讨论。阐明在遇到这些方面的问题时的处理方法。对保健食品的监督管理具有一定的作用。

| Abstract: | For regulation of production and management of health foods, recognition and treatment of 4 problems were discussed. They were overstating the health functions of the foods by their raw materials; indicating or hinting the therapeutic functions of the foods; ambiguous explanations in the directions of the foods and labels and directions inconsistent with requirement of sanitary regulations. The methods to deal with above problems were suggested. The suggestions may be beneficial to the regulation of health foods. |
