楔入式钢骨架胶筒封隔器研制与应用

为了适应油田多级精细注水的需要,研制了楔入式钢骨架胶筒封隔器。该封隔器胶筒内部采用钢骨架结构,外部挂胶,坐封时利用锥形刚体插头楔入钢骨架胶筒中,撑开胶筒贴在套管壁上进行密封。解封时油套环空高压液体推动插头和外筒接头,使插头退出胶筒,也可在作业时上提管柱逐级解封。该封隔器具有注水坐封、反洗井解封、大排量洗井、重复坐解封等特点。该封隔器现场应用4口井,应用效果好,是一种现场操作可靠,且能够满足多级精细注水需求的井下封堵工具。

Development and Application of Wedging Packer with Steel Skeleton Rubber

In order to meet the needs of the accurate subdivision water injection in oilfield,the wedging packers with steel skeleton rubber was developed.This packer rubber is steel skeleton rubber inside and hanging rubber outside.Packer setting when using tapered plug rigid body wedge into the steel skeleton rubber tube,does hold rubber tube sealing on the casing wall,packer releasing when tubing-casing annulus hyperbaric liquid pushing the plug and outer tube joint,make the plug out of rubber tube,can also be released gradually by lifting up the string.This packer is characterized by being set by water injection,being released by washing,being washed by large displacement and being repeatedly set and released.The wedging packers with steel skeleton rubber were tested in 4wells with 100%success.It indicates that this packer is a downhole isolation tool with reliable in-situ operating performance and satisfies the need of accurate subdivision water injection in oilfield.
