基于正交试验的涡流排水采气影响因素分析

摘    要:涡流工具排水采气是一项新型的排水采气工艺,研究不同的工况及工具参数对涡流工具工作性能的影响在气井的实际应用中具有重要的意义。根据实际应用效果,研究了气流速度、含水率、螺旋角、翼高、直径5个因素,每个因素取5个水平,分析对排液效果的影响。选用标准的六因素、五因子的正交试验表L25(56)制定了25组试验,分析了每个因素及其各个水平之间的差异对试验指标的影响。根据正交试验的结果,得到了各因素之间的最佳组合,对涡流工具的优化设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:Vortex tool drainage gas recovery is a new type of drainage gas recovery technology,the research of different working condition and tool parameters affect the performance of vortex tool work in gas well is of great importance in practical application.According to the practical application effect,five factors were studied,each factor takes five levels,the analysis of the effect of drainage effect,standard of six factors were chosen,five factors orthogonal experiment table L25(56)has established 25 group test,the differences between each factors and various levels of test index were analyzed.According to the result of orthogonal experiment,to the best combination between various factors were got,which has a guiding significance for optimization design of vortex tool.
