深水水平连接器注水罩设计

摘    要:针对深水水平套筒式连接器的特殊连接方式,以连接器的安装工具与注水罩的安装工具共用的原则,设计了卡爪式注水罩。分析了卡爪式注水罩的工作原理和安装过程,验证了卡爪式注水罩结构的合理性。对卡爪式注水罩的锁紧机构及其卡爪进行了受力分析,通过有限元计算,校核了注水罩结构的强度。结果表明:卡爪式注水罩结构合理,强度满足工程需要。

Abstract:Aiming at the special connection mode of deep-water horizontal collet connector and the sharing of the installation tool,the claw type flooding cap was designed with three-dimensional software solidworks,its working principle and installation process were analyzed.The design was verified rationality.A detailed theoretical analysis of its locking mechanism and its claw was carried out.The feasibility of its structure was verified.The result of finite element analysis showed that the strength of the flooding cap mechanical structure meets the project needs.
