摘    要:用钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂,乙酰丙酮为稳定剂,浓硝酸、浓盐酸、冰醋酸为催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2粉末。分析了在酸性条件下,催化剂的种类和加入量对凝胶时间和TiO2粉末粒径大小的影响。用该方法制备的TiO2纳米粉末,粒径大小为3~20nm。

Abstract:TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor, ethanol as a solvent, acetylacetone as stabilizer, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions such as the kind and amount of catalyst, pH value are investigated. The relationship between these factors and the gelation time, the particle size of powder is discussed. And the particle size of prepared TiO2 powder is found to be from 3 nm to 20nm.
