摘    要:探讨了用TCS法生产90dtex/108f涤纶长丝时,切片含水率、纺丝温度、纺丝速度、热管位置、热管温度等工艺参数的选择.结果表明:干切片中水的质量分数小于18×10-6,热管至喷丝板距离920~960mm、热管温度176~183℃,卷绕速度为4.2~4.4km/min时,可生产出优质涤纶长丝。

Abstract:During the production of the 90 dtex/108 f porous fine denier polyester filaments with TCS,we should attach the importance to the process parameters ,such as moisture content of chips ,spinning temperature and speed,thermo-channel temperature and postion. The results showed that the good porous fine denier polyester filaments could be produced when moisture content of dried chips is less than 18 μg/g,the distance between the thermo-channel and spinneret is 920~960 mm, the thermo-channel temperature is 176~183 ℃,and the take-up speed is 4.2~4.4 km/min.
