| 摘 要： | 现阶段从各地实践情况看,我国保障性住房的分配至今还停留在制度设计层面,实际运行效果并不理想.究其原因,主要是保障性住房准入与退出管理体系设置不健全,导致统一指挥权缺位以及监督权缺失等问题的出现.应该建立专门的管理机构、监督机构,完善保障性住房准入与退出机制.

| Abstract: | At the present stage, from all over the practice situation, the distributions of affordable housing still remain in the level of design system. Actual operating results are unsatisfactory. The reason is mainly affordable housing ac- cess and exit control system settings are not perfect, and resulting in the absence of unity of command and lack of supervision and other issues. We should establish a special organization, oversight bodies. Improve access to afford- able housing and exit mechanisms. |
