| Abstract: | Describe the major equipment and process flow of the hydrogen bell furnace. Analyze the fault reason resulted in emergency blowing, cold status sealing test fail, etc. Compile an effective re- pairing strategy for the hydrogen bell furnace so as to shorten the heating up time in the phase of heating and improve production efficiency. |
