| Abstract: | Through revising various regulations, identifying the responsibility of each unit,strengthening electricity management; revising and enforcing the startup and stop regulation of the largescale power consumption equipment strictly; eliminating no-load running, avoiding electricity consumption in wave peak period reasonably; adopting restricting regulation and applying new technology, the energy consumption is reduced effectively. |
