| 摘 要： | 以某一多层砌体结构教学楼为例，详细介绍了建筑物抗震鉴定的内容和操作方法，结合《建筑抗震鉴定标准》得出有关结论，并针对性地提出了抗震加固措施，以期提高教学楼的整体抗震能力，保证其安全使用，也为类似工程积累了经验。

| Abstract: | Taking a multi-storey classroom building as example,it introduces in details the content and operation method of building earthquake-resistant evaluation.Combining with Standard for Earthquake-Resistant Evaluation of Buildings the relevant conclusion is reached.It puts forward earthquake-resistant reinforcement measures against related problems,so as to improve the general earthquake-resistant capacity of classroom buildings and ensure its safe use,as well as accumulate experience for similar project. |
