马来酸酐/丙烯酸/丙烯酸甲酯共聚物阻垢剂的合成与性能评价

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MAC)为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水相中进行聚合反应,制备了MA/AA/MAC三元共聚物阻垢剂。通过正交实验确定了共聚反应的最佳反应条件:m(MA):m(AA):m(MAC)=1:0.4:0.6、引发剂用量(以单体总质量计)14%、反应温度90℃、反应时间4h。对合成的MA/AA/MAC三元共聚物进行了阻垢性能评价,结果表明:该三元共聚物对钙垢没有阻垢作用,但对硫酸钡垢阻垢效果优异。当制备的三元共聚物阻垢剂加量为60mg/L时,对标准浓度为370mg/L的硫酸钡阻垢率达97.23%。

Abstract:A scale inhibitor of acrylic polymer, MA/AA/MAC terpolymer, was synthesized from malefic anhydride ( MA), acrylic acid ( AA), and methyl acrylate (MAC) using ammonium persulfate as initiator in water phase. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal test, that were as follows: m(MA) : m(AA) : m(MAC) = 1 : 0.4: 0.6, mass ratio of the initiator to the total monomers 14%, reaction temperature 90 ℃, and reaction time 4 h. The evaluation of the scale inhibition performance of the terpolymer was carried out and the results showed that the terpolymer couldn' t inhibit Ca^2+ scale, but could be an excellent scale inhibitor for BaSO4. When the amount of MA/AA/MAC terpolymer was 60 mg/L, the scale inhibiting ratio was up to 97.23% for BASO4(370 mg/L).
