顶驱钻井装置的计算机仿真

摘    要:初步研究了机械系统计算机建模、仿真和分析的常用软件Pro/E,ADAMS和ANSYS及它们之间的接口标准,总结出一套实用的借助这些软件和接口做机械系统建模、仿真和分析的路线图和总体框架;对顶驱钻井装置建模、仿真和分析中应注意的问题做了阐明;对顶驱钻井装置中挟杆机构做了设计研究,集成了连杆连续柔性模块和连杆离散柔性模块,对其做了初步的仿真和分析;对顶驱钻井装置中起升系统做了等效弹簧模型和集成了钻柱离散柔性模块,并进行了初步的仿真和分析;建立了顶驱装置开钻时的模型,并集成了导轨连续柔性模块,做了初步的仿真和分析。

Abstract:A preliminary study was made on the commonly used software Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS for computer aided modeling, simulation and analysis in mechanical systems and on the interface standard among them. A set of practical route diagram and overall frame for making the modeling, simulation and analysis of mechanical system was summarized. A clarification was made on the problems ought to be noticed in the modeling, simulation and analysis on the top driving well drilling device. A designing study was made on the pipe-rod changing mechanism in the top driving well drilling device, and the continuous flexible module of connecting rod and discrete flexible module of connecting rod were integrated, and a tentative simulation and analysis were made upon it. The equivalent spring had been made for the raise-lifting system in the top driving well drilling device, and the discrete flexible module of drilling column was integrated and a preliminary simulation and analysis were carried out. The model of top driving device when starting drilling was established and the continuous flexible module of slide-way was integrated and a tentative simulation and analysis were also made.
