芳砜纶阻燃性能快速测试方法

摘    要:采用倾斜燃烧法测试2/1斜纹、2/2斜纹与复合组织3种芳砜纶织物和56 tex、37 tex、31 tex 3种芳砜纶纱线的阻燃特征。分析了织物的组织结构和经纬密度对织物阻燃性能的影响,以及相同圈数时不同纱支对阻燃性能的影响,建立了芳砜纶织物与芳砜纶纱线之间阻燃性能的回归方程。

Abstract:The flame-retardant features of three kinds of polysulfonamide fabrics,2/1 twill,2/2 twill and complex structure and three kinds of polysulfonamide yarns,56 tex,37 tex,31 tex,were tested by tilting burning method.Then,it was analyzed that the properties of flame-retardant was affected by fabric's structure and dense and the number of yarn laps.The regression equations of the flame-retardant feature between polysulfonamide fabric and polysulfonamide yarn was established.
