矿井提升机异步电动机矢量控制系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:根据矿井提升机的工作特性,研究其基于异步电动机矢量控制的拖动调速方案。分析了矢量控制的原理和数学模型,给出速度环、磁链环、交流电流环的动态结构图和调节器设计方案。以660 V等级的提升机为实例,用MATLAB仿真一个提升循环运行时的情况,结果证明:使用此设计方案,运行性能良好。

Abstract:According to mine hosit operating characteristic,its electric drive scheme based on asynchronous motor's vector control is discussed.Firstly,the vector control theory and mathematic model are analyzed.Then dynamic structure graphs of speed loop,flux loop and AC current loop and their regulator's design method are given.Taking example for 660 V grade voltage hoist,situation during a lifting cycle is simulated by MATLAB.The results prove that the motor performance is good if this design is applied.
