摘    要:从实际观察与理论分析两个方面入手,对PXQ1200/150A轻型液压旋回破碎机最重要的部件———主轴的断裂进行分析。通过断面观察与取样化验,分析主轴的材质及热处理状况,指出不良化学成分和不合理的热处理工艺是断轴的主要原因;结合破碎机的工作状态,计算了主轴各断面的受力情况,得出理论危险断面与实际断裂面相吻合的结论,从理论上证明了断轴原因分析的正确性。

Abstract:The Author analyzes the reason for the main shaft breaking witch is the most important part in PXQ1200/150A light hydraulic gyratory crusher by actual observation and theoretical analysis. Through observation to the broken section and sampling test, the shaft's material and heat treatment are analyzed and it is pointed out that the main reason for the shaft breaking are bad chemical content and the unreasonable heat treatment. The author calculates the shaft's loading of all sections incorporating the working conditions and gets the conclusion that the theoretical dangerous section is the actual breaking section so that it is proved that the theoretical analysis is correct.
