| 摘 要： | 我国引信定义弱化了引信安全系统和安全性的地位.对引信安全系统的发展需求主要是完备和提高安全性以及小型化和低成本化.形成我国引信安全系统及安全性差距的原因有引信安全系统设计理论不完善、对引信安全系统研制规律认识不够以及科研管理体制等多方面的问题.针对这些问题,提出了借鉴美军<引信安全性设计准则>,建立引信安全性和爆炸物处理特性审查的专门机构和委员会等10余条对策建议.
