汽轮机低压排汽缸和末两级流场的联合数值模拟

摘    要:采用商业软件FINE/Turbo模拟分析了某空冷汽轮机低压排汽缸(LPEH)流场。与排汽缸流场单独计算相比,排汽缸与末两级联合计算可以使计算域进出口条件的设定更加准确,从而获得排汽缸在实际应用时的真实性能。该方法为汽轮机通流部分及排汽缸的设计研究提供了新思路。

Abstract:By making use of FINE/Turbo software,simulation analysis of the flow field at low-pressure exhaust hood(LPEH) of a certain air-cooled steam turbine was carried out.Compared with single simulation of the flow field at steam turbine's exhaust hood,combined simulation of flow fields at both the last two stages and the exhaust hood is more reasonable,because in this way the inlet and outlet conditions can be set more exactly,therefore actual performance of the exhaust hood during practical operation can be obtained.This method may provide some new ideas for research and design of the flow passage and exhaust hood of steam turbines.
