| 摘 要： | 食品免疫检测技术是食品分析检测领域的新热点,在残余药物、残余农药、有害微生物等的检测方面取得了显著进展。本文就免疫检测技术在食品检测中的应用和进展进行了归纳总结。

| Abstract: | Food immunoassay is a new research hot point of food analysis. Recently, some methods of food immunoassay have been successfully developed and used to detect the quantities of antibiotic, pesticide or pathogenic bacteria in the foods. This paper reviewed and presented the application and development of food immunoassay. |
