深水半潜式钻井平台典型节点谱疲劳分析

摘    要:应用辐射/绕射理论计算平台遭受的水动力载荷,将水动力载荷传递给深水半潜式钻井平台总体有限元模型,计算平台的总体结构响应。建立平台典型节点有限元细网格模型,以平台总体结构响应分析结果为基础,确定典型节点模型边界条件,考虑典型节点结构所受水动力载荷和重力栽荷,计算典型节点的热点应力传递函数,用谱疲劳分析方法并依据Miner准则评估平台在中国南海环境条件下典型节点的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:The radiation/diffraction theory is used to calculate wave load acting on semisubmersible platform, and wave load was transferred to the FEA model of the platform, the response of the global structure is calculated. The fine FEA model of typical joint is made, the load boundary condition is based upon the result of global FEA, the hotspot stress transfer function are calculated by considering hydrodynamic load and gravity load. With Spectral- based fatigue analysis method and based on Miner theory to evaluate the fatigue life of the typical joint in South China Sea condition.
