刀具磨损对竹材铣削能耗的影响

摘    要:研究了竹材加工时,刀具磨损对切削功率的影响,得出不同刀具楔角在不同磨损程度下切削功率的计算模型.随着刀具的变钝和刀具楔角的增大,切削力和切削功率不断增加.铣削功率与刀具磨损量、刀具楔角均存在着良好的正相关线性关系.

Abstract:The effect of tool wear on power consumption for bamboo milling are studied in this paper.A calculating model is found for milling power consumption to tool wear amount and tool wedge angle.With the tool becoming blunt,and wedge angle increasing,cutting force and the milling power increase continuously.The milling power is linear with both the wear amount of the tools and the wedge angle.
