| Abstract: | Through the analysis from the state enterprise of chemical circulation,we can understand the different expression between planned economy and marketable economy and we also try to find the problem that obstruct the existence and development of it in marketable economy.From the correct solution,we can find the way to change the present situation and make it adapt itself to a new environment. |
