| Abstract: | A smart voltmeter based on a single chip computer for high voltage testing is developed. It can measure and display the r.m.s. value and peak value (a.c.testing) or average value and peak value (d.c.testing), moreover, it can hold the peak value, distinguish a.c. testing form d.c.testing and select the best suitable attenuation automatically. It can be operated very easily too. |
