| 摘 要： | 文章通过对服装模板技术的历史、发展沿革以及国内应用现状的回顾,阐述了该项技术对于提高产品质量、提高企业效率,树立企业品牌价值以及提高员工技能方面的有效性。提出企业生产线优化管理,合理安排技术人员与新型设备的互补配置,关键工序使用全自动模板技术控制品质要求,进一步全面实现服装高品质自动化生产流程。

| Abstract: | Through a review of the history,development and current status of the clothing template technology in China,the effectiveness of using clothing template technology were discussed from the aspects of improving quality of products,efficiency of enterprises,value of cooperate branding and skill of staff.In order to further improve the quality of automatic clothing production,the enterprises need to further optimize production line management,to improve staff skills in line with the newly deployed facilities,and to deploy fully automatic clothing template technology on all key processes of production line for quality control purposes. |
