| 摘 要： | 对人力资源的管理是建设项目管理中关键的一环，建设项目管理能力配置又是建设项目人力资源管理的一项重要的工作内容，对项目的成败具有很大的影响，分析了建设项目管理能力的构成，构建了理解和评价建设项目管理能力的IPO框架，给出了建设项目管理能力配置模型，上述工作将为改善和提高承包商的项目管理能力提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Human resource management is a key to construction project management (CPM)and capability con-figuration for CPM is an important aspect of human resource management on construction project,which has much effect on project success.This paper analyses the form of construction project management capability,and builds the IPO frame on comprehending and appreciating it,and then presents a model on its capability config-uration.The above work will help the improvement of the management ability of a contractor. |
