摘    要:通过对强化闪速熔炼沉淀池渣和贫化电炉渣的化学物相分析和矿相显微分析,发现闪速炉铜损失中硫化物含铜60%左右,氧化物含铜40%左右;硫化态铜以众多的微细铜锍颗粒为主,赤铜矿以带状或不定形存在于其他矿物中;渣中Fe3O4大多以溶解态分散在渣相中,也有少量以片(块)状存在。降低渣中铜损失要加强还原贫化,减少氧化物形态渣含铜损失,并强化沉淀池的沉清分离作用,要重点解决闪速熔炼中的Fe3O4问题。

Abstract:Through strengthening the analysis of chemical phase and ore microscopy of flash smelting slag and electric furnace slag,we can find that 60% of the copper loss in slag is with sulfide type and the 40% is with oxide.The sulfide type copper is usually in very fine grain,the oxide type copper is in band shape or shapeless.The Fe3O4 in slag is mainly in dissolved form and slightly in slice or block shape.To lower copper loss in slag,we need to strengthen reduction dilution,to decrease oxide type copper loss,and to enhance the function of multi-phase separation in the settler.The problem of Fe3O4 is most critical to be solved.
