摘    要:珠江电厂1, 2 号机组烟气脱硫采用石灰石- 石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺。由于建电厂时未预留烟气脱硫装置的位置, 老厂脱硫改造工程总图设计时, 考虑了总平面、竖向、管线、道路、绿化等多方面的布置, 消除老厂脱硫改造过程中遇到场地限制、建设条件复杂等各种因素的影响。在设计施工图阶段, 制定了处理具体问题的方法, 使老厂脱硫改造工程得以顺利进行。

Abstract:Limestone-gypsum wet FGD technique is used in No.1 and 2 units of Zhujiang Power Plant. Because there is no reserved room for FGD devices in the initial plant construction, during the general layout design of the plant retrofitting, the layout of horizontal and vertical directions, pipelines, roads, and afforesting, etc., were considered to eliminate the affects of limited space and complicated construction conditions, which are commonly encountered in old plant FGD retrofitting. In the detailed design stage, solutions to all the possible problems to be faced, have been prepared to make sure the project go smoothly.
