耐高温树脂的固化动力学分析及其力学性能

摘    要:本文对一种耐高温环氧树脂体系进行了固化动力学研究,计算出该树脂体系的活化能为70.62kJ/mol、反应级数为0.93,并得到该体系的反应速率常数方程和动力学方程式,确定了树脂体系的固化工艺。还制备了T700碳纤维单向板,并对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明,该树脂体系具有优良的耐热性(树脂固化物的Tg达到218℃)、反应活性高,适用于快速成型固化工艺,其复合材料具有良好的力学性能。

Abstract:The curing kinetics of heat resistant epoxy resin is studied in this article,and relevant kinetic parameters,such as activation energy,reaction order,reaction rate constant and dynamic equation,are figured out,and their values and equations are respectively as follow,70.62kJ/mol,0.93,k=2.17×108e-8494/T,dαdt=2.17×108e-8494/T(1-α)0.93.The curing schedule of this system is pointed out.The unidirectional plant is also prepared,its mechanical properties are studied.The results illustrate that the resin system,which possess high heat resistant property(glass transition temperature reaches 218℃),high reactivity and good mechanical properties,can be used in fast molding technic.
