摘    要:根据指数律的风速分布函数,在两种坐标系中采用不同的数学处理形式,对风轮扫掠面积上的风功率做精确计算,并与以风轮中心风速为设计风速产生的风功率做对比。定量分析结果证实采用风轮中心处的风速做为单一的设计风速具有很好的合理性,非均匀的风速切面对于风力机的气动设计基本无影响。

Abstract:According to the wind speed distribution function of exponent rule, the accurate wind power produced by two different math treatment ways which passes through the rotor on swept area in two reference frame is compared with the wind power produced by taking wind speed at the rotor centre as the design wind speed. The resuits of quantitative analysis confirms that taking wind speed at the rotor centre as the uniform design wind speed is, to a great extent, reasonable, and the ununiform wind section plane has nearly no affect on the aerodynamics calculation of wind turbine.
